Technical Information About Your Device: To improve your experience over time and to help resolve any issues you may have with your GLEDOPTO Product, we record your GLEDOPTO device model number, serial number, MAC address, software version, firmware version, and technical information such as Wi-Fi signal strength, Wi-Fi name, etc. and so on. To enable cloud-based control and enable your device to work with third-party platforms such as Amazon Alexa or Google Home, we record your device's on/off settings, schedules, and wake-up time settings. If you use a third-party hub, such as a SmartThings hub or Amazon Echo Plus, GLEDOPTO will not connect your information. If you provide us with contact information, we may use such methods to communicate with you. For example, we may send you updates about our Services, informational updates, surveys or promotional offers, or communicate with you about your use of the Services. In addition, we may receive a confirmation message when you open a message we send. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our Services.
